1. 产品简介 Product Introduction
脱氧催化剂(HHGS04型)是贵金属负载在活性氧化铝上加工制成,主要用于氢气中除氧,也用于氮气、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、氩气等惰性气体加氢除氧。
HHGS04 de-oxygenation catalyst takes precious metal as active component basis loading on activated alumina carrier, which is mainly used to remove oxygen from hydrogen gas, also for nitrogen, CO, CO2, Argon and inert gas.
2. 工艺特点 Technology Features
氢气脱氧及惰性气体配氢脱氧可于室温启动,在(3~10)×103 h-1空速条件下使用,残氧量<1ppm(可达0.02ppm)。合成气、煤气、焦化干气脱氧须在110~140℃、压力>0.1Mpa、(1~4)×103 h-1空速条件下使用,残氧量<1ppm。
Operation for hydrogen gas and Argon gas could be done under normal temperature while space velocity (3~10)×103 h-1 and residual oxygen could be 0.2ppm. For synthesis gas, coal gas and coking dry gas, operation have to be done at temperature 110~140℃, pressure>0.1Mpa, space velocity (1~4)×103 h-1, and residual oxygen could be <1ppm.
