1. 工作原理及流程Operation and Process
一氧化碳脱除催化剂(HHGS03型)可用于脱除石油气、惰性气体、氧气等气体中少量一氧化碳,还可用于烤炉、壁炉等设备用于催化燃烧未完全燃烧的CO,净化效果极其优良。
在温度150~200℃,空速(0.3~1)×104h−1条件下,经其净化后的气体,一氧化碳含量可降至0.5ppm以下;催化剂吸氧容量可达50ml/g,可催化一氧化碳和氧反应成为二氧化碳,催化剂可以再生使用。
HHGS03 catalyst works efficiently to remove CO from petro gas, inert gas, oxygen and etc, also could be used in various furnace like oven, chimney place, incinerator to treat not burst CO.
This catalyst could make CO content less than 0.5ppm under temperature 150~200℃ and space velocity at (0.3~1.0)×104 h-1; oxygen capacity of this catalyst could be 50ml/g, and catalyze reaction CO and O2 to be CO2.

2. 工艺特点 Operation Properties
一氧化碳脱除催化剂使用前需要配氮气加热至180-200℃活化(烤炉、壁炉等本身是高温源尾气的则可用新鲜空气加热活化),然后再通入待处理气体,温度在200℃时操作*佳,在1.5~3.0×103h-1的反应条件下将CO气体中的CO消除至0.5ppm以下,*高耐热温度为750℃(若可燃性气体浓度高还需配冷却系统,防止催化剂烧结),机械强度好,使用寿命可达3年以上。
Before using, CO removal catalyst should be heated up to 180~200℃ by nitrogen (fresh air is also available for high temperature exhaust gas in oven and fireplace), in order to active its performance. The optimal operating temperature is 200℃, and removal CO until 0.5ppm left under operation space velocity (0.3~1.0)×104 h-1; Max temperature is 750℃ (cooling system is required if flammable gas is in high concentration).
