模块1C31122G01操作人员普遍素质较低
对于引进的DCS，由于操作员的文化素质限制，不能全方面对系统操作进行掌握，操作水平低的现象普遍存在。
操作员只对经常要用的少数功能可以掌握，如主画面、流程图画面等，而其他强大的操作、管理功能却很少有人能掌握，如系统画面、控制台状态画面、系统菜单等，这也极大地制约了DCS技术优点的发挥。
操作员的素质也决定了实现系统操作的困难，当然优化操作就更困难了。
DCS操作水平受限的另一个重要原因还在于认识上的问题，传统的观念是求稳而不求优，只要能生产就行，这在某种程度上养成了操作员的惰性。例如，许多PID控制回路的PID参数在开车后都很少再进行优化调整，而事实上这些参数大多都是依照经验给定的，众所周知，经验值不过是一个范围，在这个范围中取一组数据，只要能控制就行，这显然有点碰运气的味道。
