用途 1、 用于制造酒石酸盐类，在电镀晒图中用作pH稳定剂，食品工业用作酸味剂，工业上主要用作络合剂。
2、用作实验试剂、掩蔽剂及啤酒发泡剂，也用于鞣革工业
3、广泛用于食品、医药、化工、轻工等行业。如作为啤酒发泡剂、食品酸味剂、矫味剂、用于清凉饮料、糖果、果汁、沙司、冷菜、发酵粉等，其酸味为柠檬酸的1.3倍，特别适用作葡萄汁的酸味剂。在鞣革、照相、玻璃、搪瓷、电讯器材等工业也有非常重要的作用。
