1、 速度与供胶量采用交流变频控制，胶量与速度可自动同步跟踪也可手动调整；
2、 温度控制系统采用先进的PID控制，误差在±1℃以内；
3、 冷却装置扩大了基材的应用范围；
4、 高精度的硬质合金钢模头保证了高品质的涂布精度质量；
5、 熔胶箱涂有防粘涂层，有效地防止热熔胶的炭化现象；
6、 配置了精密计量的齿轮泵，使胶箱的出胶量更加准确均匀。
1. An AC converter control is used for both speed and quantity of glue freeding,for which both automatic synchronous tracking and manual control are available.
2. The Advanced PID control is used for the temperature control system and the error is with in 1℃.
3. The expansion of the applicable range of the basic materials is made available with the cooling device.
