嵌套式单头加热管是由空心管套和单头加热管组成，由于该加热器没有直接和所需加热的物体直接接触，而是通过将外壳先固定，然后再将加热管插入其中固定加热，从而能很好的避开了污垢和赃物使用安全、干净。同时该加热管安装、更换简便，由于加热管没有直接和物体接触，而是通过固定法兰和加热管法兰之间用不锈钢螺钉固定，所以更换加热管时，只要松紧其固定的不锈钢螺钉，就可直接拆卸、更换。
