5.2主要设备结构、性能概述
5.2.1 放料校平一体机
放料机校平一体机技术参数：
板料宽度：≤200 mm；材料厚度≤2.5mm；
料卷内径：φ508mm； 内径涨缩范围ф480-520 mm；
料卷***大外径:φ1200mm;承载重量：≤4T
结构特点：
a.放料架与校平机一体，不占空间，操作简单，采用变变径托料装置方便装料及缷料
b.整机采用整体钢构机体，具有结构坚固，运行平稳，占地少，省空间。
c.滚轮经热处理淬火HRC58度后，镀铬再研磨，耐用性强。
