3MEGC-1700简述
用途：对于电子部件、精密仪器形成高性能的防油扩散及防潮保护层。
与之配合使用的还有用于控制离子，金属和非挥发性残渣的3M? Novec? HFE-7100DL电子清洗液
3M? Novec? EGC-1700可用于印刷线路板（PWBs）的保护涂层。使用后的PWBs表面留有一层非常薄的透明膜，起到极佳的防潮，防粘效果，对于各种低表面张力液体，诸如：油污、硅油、抗光蚀溶液等均有效。
应用领域
数据存储(HDD)领域：防静摩擦－磁阻磁头、 防腐蚀－HGAs、 防迁移－磁盘驱动器锭式马达、印刷电路板、工业控制、微马达、球轴承、汽车、航空航海业、电子部品、PCB基板、电容器、各种传感器、电子、手提电话等领域。

3M? Novec? EGC-1720 Electronic Coating is a clear, low viscosity solution of a
fluorosilane polymer carried in a hydrofluoroether solvent. This material covalently
bonds to glass and metal oxide layers, forming an effective anti-smudge coating on
anti-reflective surfaces. As such, the product can be used in a variety of electronics
applications, such as anti-reflective (AR) flat panel displays; various electronic
components; pellicles; MEMS; semiconductor chips and components; fiber optics;
cellular phone components; and other sensitive materials.
Novec EGC-1720 coating dries to a thin (50-100?) transparent film with excellent
anti-wetting, anti-stiction and anti-migration properties. The solvent component is
nonflammable, low in toxicity and provides an acceptable environmental profile for
today’s demanding electronic applications. The product contains no volatile organic
compounds (VOCs). |
