我司现有四条全自动磷化加工流水线。每天加工量在200吨左右。
主要业务有磷化加工,锰系﹑锌系﹑锌锰系,锰系黑色﹑锌系涂装磷化加工处理。

影响磷化膜的工艺因素
磷化液成分主要的酸的浓度取决的磷化反应速度的主要原因。
总体来讲,磷酸的浓度越高反应速度越快。膜层越细致匀称,膜层越厚。
但是浓度太高也不行,因为浓度太高磷化膜会粗糙,附着力不好,防腐性能差。
反过来讲,磷化反应速度慢,磷化膜太薄或者不容易磷化,出现的问题也会很多。
磷酸的浓度和磷化的温度和磷化方法有联系。
比如说中温磷化液的磷酸浓度要大据此,改变工件真空退火条件,表面除油处理。
并减少亚硝酸钠的浓度于常温的磷化液浓度。
浸泡的磷化液浓度要高于喷淋的磷酸的浓度,比如说平常的中温锌系磷化液里氧化锌的浓度时5克每升。
温度低的磷酸里氧化锌的浓度时5克美升丁文锌系磷化里的浓度时6克每毫升,但是特殊磷化液里的浓度很高。
