影响磷化效果的因素-表调:

浸油之前的工件表面要求:
1. 工件表面的污垢需清楚干净,需做到三次以上的串联清洗。
2. 工件表面上不可有酸性残余,表面PH值为中性。
3. 盐分过多PH值下降,盐分沉淀于槽液中,从而破坏磷化水中的油分,造成棕色或破坏乳化剂
