1. 单相电子式预付费阶梯电价电能表概述
本系列产品适合于实行先付电费后用电制度的场合进行单相交流有功电能的计量，可实现电量预购、*大负荷限制等功能，解决了供电部门收费的问题。
产品性能符合GB/T17215-2002、GB/T18460.3-2001等标准，显示方式可选（LED或LCD），具有寿命长、准确度高、过载性能好，功耗低和体积小等优点。
2. Introduction
The series of products are applicable to the place where have rules of paying in advance and then consuming to measure single phase AC active electrical energy,it also has multiple functions,such as purchasing in advance, maximal load limiting, user’s information management.
Each of performation accords with GB/T17215-2002、GB/T18460.3-2001 standard, display mode can be selected (LED or LCD),it has many advantages,such as long ser­vice life、high accuracy、good overload、low consume and small volume.

4、单相电子式预付费阶梯电价电能表基本功能
4.1双向计度功能，能够精确测量正、反两个方向的功率，且以一个方向累计电量，具有防窃电功能；
4.2采用光电隔离技术输出电能脉冲信号，发光二极管指示用电；
4.3先购电后用电，预购电量用完则断电；
4.4显示屏轮流显示使用电量和剩余电量；
4.5辨伪功能：当使用非指定介质时，电能表不会接受指令，拒绝操作；
4.6具有记忆功能，数据在断电后不丢失，上电即可恢复；
4.7具有警报功能：当预购电量小于设定电量时报警提醒用户即时购电；
