BT-101A Enameled Wire Stripper
Characteristics：
■ Be applied to all types of voice wire (EI 180). Suitable for assembly line.
■ The root of wire is clean after stripping, soldering brightly.
■ Operating at normal temperature with no splash and spread.
■ Viscosity can be adjusted according to the size of Wire diameter.
■ Environmental protection, low smell.
Technical parameters：
■ BT－101A Enameled Wire Stripper is a ivory or colorless liquid;
■ BT－101B Enameled Wire Stripper is a tea yellow paste.
■ proportion: BT－101A:BT－101B is 1:1, you could adjust according to the size of Wire diameter. If it’s too thick, please add 101A; or else, add 101B.
Technical process：
Enameled wire → dipping stripper→ depainting → wipe the coat of paint with cloth → clean wire with ethyl alcohol or water → soldering tin
