TPD12S521是TI公司推出的针对HDMI保护部分的整体防护ic，用一颗ic将HMDI部分的所有信号保护起来，防止外部拔插HMDI电缆对主控部分造成损坏。目前在机顶盒和高清播放器应用广泛。
