1，概述：本套设备是我司研发出来的一款专用于建筑屋面保温隔热瓦，可以生产聚氨酯（PU）发泡材质彩钢屋面瓦，琉璃瓦，也可以生产聚苯乙烯（EPS）材质的符合彩钢屋面瓦。该设备整体采用PLC中央控制，从放卷到发泡成型到裁切都自动完成。产品厚度可调，省时、省工、效率高，操作简单、方便。
Summary: This type of manufacturing line is dedicated to make insulation tile for construction. Can be used for making PU color steel tile and EPS color steel tile. The equipment adopts PLC central control system. From unreeling to cutting, the whole processes are by automatic. The thickness of the products is adjustable, this equipment can save time, save labor, high efficiency, operate easily.
