根据工件的重量和面积计算磷化槽的体积,控制合理的产品面积和磷化液体积的比例,避免因为磷化不断的工作产生大量的二价铁离子,导致磷化液发黑,按常规来讲磷化槽体的单位体积的负荷量是3-15平方米每个立方,不可以超过258平方米每个立方,否则因为槽液负荷过大,磷化液里的重要成分消耗过快,促使磷化液不稳定,难于调整。
磷化槽的制造
磷化槽一般分为圆形槽和方形槽两大类,前面一种适合大批量的生产,后面这种适合与间歇式的生产。磷化槽所用的材质必须要能承受磷化液的腐蚀和耐高温,必须要有足够的强度能承受磷化液的载荷永远不变形。磷化槽*好要用4-8毫米的厚度的钢板,锰系磷化液温度比较高,一般在95度左右,溶液酸度高,选用不锈钢的,采用塑料槽的时候,要用8-14毫米的塑料板为好,有些磷化槽用水泥槽,里面放塑料板或者玻璃钢防腐蚀,这种磷化槽制作成本低,可以制造大型的磷化槽。
船型的磷化槽带有锥斗,便于收集磷化渣。锥斗可以排放在磷化槽的底部,也能在局部放置,底部应该设计成喷管,使磷化渣按照要求流到锥斗里面。
方形磷化槽底向排渣口倾斜,其倾斜坡度是4-8,在磷化槽倾斜的*低的地方应该设置排水管。
磷化槽体的体积一般是泵输出量的3-5倍。
