Teroson EP 1450
TEROSON EP 1450 is an expanding one component, high strength structural foam based on Epoxy. The non cured material is resistant to washing and phosphating solutions in normal use in automotive industry and to electro dip painting. The final part gets its geometric shape i.e. by injection molding. TEROSON EP 1450 will cure while passing the EC-oven.
APPLICATION AREAS
TEROSON EP 1450 must be applied as a preformed part in the body shop. The material increases stiffness, strength, fatigue limits and vibration behavior of vehicle bodies. The part is clipped into hollow cavities.
